How to make easily a return.

Return Instructions

At Luisa Beccaria we highly regard our customer satisfaction. Therefore, we kindly remind you that if — for any reason — you are not satisfied with the products purchased on our online boutique, you may request a free return within 15 days from delivery of the items.

Returning an item is simple, you just have to follow these simple steps:

  • send us an e-mail at [email protected]to access the return procedure. You have to write us: your order number, the e-mail address used to place the order, the details and quantity of each item you’d like to return and the reason for the return;
  • we will send you an adhesive label which includes our return shipping address: stick it at the original package, just outside of box covering the original shipping label with your address. If you need a new return label, you can always contact our Customer Service Team;
  • with the original parcel, you received also a Return Proforma Invoice: please fill in, sign a copy and put it inside of the box. If you need a new copy of the Return Proforma Invoice, you can write to our Customer Service and we will send you a new one. If you are returning your package from outside the European Union, you will need to make 4 copies of the Proforma. These documents are necessary for Customs clearance and have to be handed to the courier. Now it’s time to call the courier to schedule the collection of you return pack.

We remind you that return is possible for all the items with the following exceptions: pre-orders, special orders, made-to-measure, sales.

  • UPS: you can contact UPS via telephone by calling the UPS center dedicated to your country at the following link. Alternatively you can make your return through the website or by going to one of the UPS points available in you country (please check them on UPS website).
  • DHL: you can contact DHL via telephone by calling the DHL center dedicated to your country. Alternatively you can book the collection through the website.
  • OTHER COURIERS: you may select the courier of your preference, however, in this case, the return shipping costs will be at your expense and will not be reimbursed. Please keep in mind that choosing to use your own courier can slow down the return process and the resulting refund.

We inform you that the purchased items can be replaced or exchanged. If you chose the wrong size, or you prefer to get the item in another available colour, for instance, just contact our Customer Service Team in order to make the change instead of a Return and Refund.

The products dont have to be on Pre-Order or on Special Order

You can track the journey of your return as soon as it has reached our courier. The tracking number is provided on the return label.

You can use this number to track your order directly on the courier website. If youre unable to view tracking information straight away, this is likely to be because the courier hasnt collected the parcel yet.

If you need a new return label, we can help you – just contact our customer service team, include your order number and well send a return label to you.

We want you to enjoy the shopping experience at Luisa Beccaria online boutique. However, any pre-order and special order is made specifically for you, at your request. Furthermore, we highly regard environmental issues and we aim to reduce stocks and unusable clothes. These are the reasons why we cannot manage the return of items made just for you.

Anyhow, we can help you through our atelier, making all the needed adjustments: just contact our Customer Service Team and together we will fit your dress following your wishes (all major changes, shipment costs and custom duties, in this case, are your responsibility).

Method of Refund

Luisa Beccaria S.r.l. (the Vendor”) aims to guarantee your full satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right to return purchased products within 15 days from the date on which you received them from luisabeccaria.it.

The right to return products shall be deemed correctly exercised once the following conditions have been fully met.

A. The return authorization form must be correctly filled in and sent to the Vendor within fifteen (15) days from the date of receiving the product.

B. The products should not have been used, worn, washed or damaged.

C. The identification tag must still be attached to the products with the disposable seal. All products sold by the Vendor include an identification tag with a disposable seal, which is an integral part of the item. Please try the products without removing the tag and seal. Returned products without the tag or seal will not be accepted.

D. The products must be returned in their original packaging, complete with any accessories sent together with the item (e.g. dust bags).

E. Returned products can be sent from a different country from where you submitted the order, in this case you will have to arrange the courier.

F. The returned items must be picked up by the courier within two (2) working days from the date when you received the vendor authorization.

G. The products dont have to be on Pre-Order or on Special Order

H. The products dont have to be on Sale.

If you have met all the conditions requested, the Vendor will refund you the price of the products purchased (not that of original shipping). You will be notified if the returned products cannot be accepted due to failure to comply with the conditions set out above. In this case, you may choose to have the products returned to you at your own expense. If you refuse this delivery, the Vendor reserves the right to retain the products and the amount paid for your purchase of the products.

After the refund authorization (the Vendor will send an e-mail notification following the products’ integrity verifying process), refund times depend on the original payment method and on the Vendee bank procedures only.

The return products verifying process normally takes 3 to 5 business day, but it can take as long as 15 (fifteen) days.

GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT RETURNS AND REFUNDS

You can generate your RAN within 15 days from the date of delivery of your items and ship your return within 2 days from the creation date of the RAN. I’s possible to return the items form a different country form the delivery address, however you will have to deal with the currier and all the expenses will be on you (shipping and eventual taxes and duties).

Return the item in its original condition: if the item you return does not match its original condition, we reserve the right to reject the refund and the item will be returned to you. If you return an item that is faulty, the shipping costs will be refunded.

It is possible to make a return and get a refund on the item, in both the cases, damaged products or if the items did not meet your needs, regardless of their quality (for example: wrong size).

Excluded from returns: beachwear, Sales Products
